"Listen please.  Hearken to My still small voice, My children.  Do not worry.  Do not fret, it only causes harm.  

Your thinking about the problems you have or about the problems that others in your lives have will not lead you into the peace that surpasses all understanding.  You need to listen to what the Bible scriptures say and be doers of those words.  Memorize them so they are readily available to do.  Thinking about doing them is not good enough for Me to act on your behalves.  It is enough.
